I stumbled across this video on Twitter yesterday and just felt like I had to share. In this short overview, Mike Alger talks about the new design paradigms in place for virtual reality and HMDs in general, covering topics from menu design to alert opportunities in 3D space.

This video is great for aspiring virtual reality / environment designers who are curious about what sort of ideas are becoming common in the space. It’s also just a generally good resource for people who may still be asking “Why should I care about virtual reality?” and is complete with an insanely cool montage of potential places you could have for your VR office – check it out!
